INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups seedless cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup radishes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced and peeled
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil with chili

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  3. Stir again before serving.
  4. Serve with a variety of fresh veggies, chopped, of your choice for dipping.
