berry detox smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 carton blackberries
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Embellish your smoothie with mint and blueberries to taste.
