cantaloupe smoothie

Servings: 2 / Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe melon
  • Juice
  • 1 lemon Ice
  • 4 mint leaves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the cantaloupe, remove the seeds and peel it.
  2. Place cantaloupe, lemon juice, 4 mint leaves and ice in blender, beating until a smooth consistency.
  3. Before serving garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
