lemon and cinnamon souffle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 egg whites
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cinnamon  (approximately ½ teaspoon)
  • 4 teaspoons sugar alternative (such as Splenda)
  • 1 pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Beat the egg whites with the alternative sweetener and a pinch of salt. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon and blend again.
  2. Place in individual baking dishes and bake at 350 ° F for 30 minutes.
